The rotating grips allow your wrist to pivot to a comfortable position, squeezing more resistance out of a single exercise relieving stress on tendons and joints at the same time. Split Double Handle Tricep Straps

This attachment is great for tricep and back development by adding variety to pulling and rowing exercises while accommodating the wrist in different positions for unrestricted range of motion. It also does not promote internal rotation of the shoulder when rowing like narrow metal attachments do. We offer a nylon and a premium leather  strap. The nylon has 16 inch straps are made from durable nylon while the handles are steel covered foam. The premium leather strap is made from untreated top grade leather and is lined with  sheepskin for comfort.
