Best Quality Vinyl Covered Mat

This mat has been one of our best-selling mats for many years now. Now available in a 60 inch length in addition to the regular 48 inch. A 14 oz polyester-backed vinyl covering is laminated to the front side of the 2 lb high-density cross-linked foam. The vinyl laminate covering provides a non-slip surface and also allows for easy cleaning. The mat foam is black, and the vinyl covering is a dark blue. The new dual sided mats have vinyl laminated to both sides.

Our best heavy duty vinyl covered sewn mats.  These mats on this page are manufactured in the U.S.A. from a durable 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl that is antibacterial, antifungal, and rot and mildew resistant. Folding mats have 2 ft. wide panels and fold accordion style.  The foam is 100 ILD, 2 lb desisity in either one inch thick or two inch thick.

All materials and workmanship carry a 1-year guarantee. Mats are made to order with prompt delivery; custom sizes are available. These mats can be manufactured with Velcro™ for joining mats together. They are easy to maintain–clean with Matt-Kleen or soapy water. When ordering, specify 1 in. or 2 in. thick foam, folding or non-folding. See available colors below.
