Gymnastic, Exercise & Stretching Folding Mats
Our best heavy duty vinyl covered sewn mats. All the mats on this page are manufactured in the U.S.A. from a durable 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl that is antibacterial, antifungal, and rot and mildew resistant. Folding mats have 2 ft. wide panels and fold accordion style. Three styles of foam to choose from: 1 or 2 in., 100 ILD, 2 lb. density polyfoam or 1-3/8 inch cross-linked polyethylene impact foam.
All materials and workmanship carry a 1-year guarantee. Mats are made to order with prompt delivery; custom sizes are available. These mats can be manufactured with Velcro™ for joining mats together. They are easy to maintain–clean with Matt-Kleen or soapy water. When ordering, specify 1 in. or 2 in. thick foam, folding or non-folding. See available colors below.

Gymnastics Impact Folding Mats
These mats are designed for impact gymnastics and aerobics. They are constructed from the same durable 14 oz. nylon reinforced vinyl as our Stretching Mats, but are filled with 1-3/8 in. thick, cross-linked polyethylene foam. This offers superior shock absorption and cushioning in a lightweight mat that retains its resiliency even after repeated compression.
