Heavy Duty Plyoboxes

A standard set of five different trapezoid-shaped plyoboxes constructed of all-welded steel with a non-slip top that is perfect for plyometric training. The boxes will stack inside one another for compact storage. Each plyobox can also be purchased individually. The standard set contains one of each of the following plyoboxes—measurements are taken from the top of the plyobox dimension and the height.

A versatile flat/incline/military press bench that quickly adjusts from 0 to 90 degrees. The open top design of the Power Station removes all of the barriers of working inside while performing overhead work. Fabricated from beefy 3 inch square structural steel tubing.
