Greg Justice, M.A. began At Your Convenience, Personal Fitness Training (now called AYC Health & Fitness) in May 1986. AYC was Kansas City’s first personal fitness training center, and now offers small group fitness classes that include yoga, pilates (mat and equipment), and licensed massage therapy. Greg has his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Health and Physical Education with an emphasis in exercise physiology from Morehead State University, Morehead, KY. He is a lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast with state championships in freestyle wrestling and judo. Sports taught Greg the discipline, structure and consistency it takes to run a business. Favorite Exercises I love leg day. It sounds strange but the intensity of the workout and the sheer volume of weight being moved really gets me. I really love team and individual sports when they are played with a fast tempo and some intensity. Pushing my body feels great and keeps me on my toes.

BOOT CAMP FITNESS is an intensive results oriented conditioning program that runs Monday through Friday. Each class session is three weeks in duration. The program is conducted in a variety of inside and outside environments utilizing the world's greatest gym-your body! A BOOT CAMP workout last one hour and works to develop functional conditioning. Each session trains the entire body head to toe with bodyweight calisthenics, cardiovascular and strength-endurance activities. Students will also be subjected to strongman conditioning techniques with wheel barrows, sandbags, medicine balls, and other odd object training. New students can expect a 20% improvement in strength and endurance. Weightless reports have ranged from 8-20 lbs in over two sessions. Additionally, students have shown improved mental toughness and overall reduction in joint and lower back discomfort. Sami Papacek is a personal trainer, cancer exercise specialist and fitness educator. She has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. She started weight training and aerobics when she was 15 years old, discovering how much she enjoyed the mental and physical benefits that she received.
After moving to Kansas in 2003, Sami worked for a large health club before venturing out on her own. She loves that the she has the ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds, each with different goals. She has experience with weight loss, pilates, core conditioning, as well as cancer survivor exercise plans. Sami is currently working on a breast cancer exercise program starting in Kansas City this year. Sami’s training style is energetic, motivating and most of all fun.
