PURCHASE ORDERS POLICY

We accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, government-funded institutions, public and medical institutions, P.T.clinics, YMCA’s, YWCA’s and JCC’s and non-profit organizations. We offer net 30 terms for those businesses that are approved purchasers. “Purchase Orders” must be faxed in to 800-421-0036 or 913-384-2446 or emailed to cjackson@fitness1st.com before we will process and ship your order. Please include your web site order number from the check out page of the web site on your purchase order.

U.S. Government , Military & GSA Orders

We do offer special pricing for U.S. Government, Military and GSA orders that the web site is not able to compute. We will provide formal quotes with government pricing before processing and shipping your order. We accept credit & purchase cards, faxed/emailed purchase orders and Wide Area Workflow payments.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items marked with are for ground shipments delivered within the lower 48 states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the USA will be estimated and we will contact you before processing your order. All motor freight shipments are "Dock to Dock " the customer is required to take the shipment off truck. If you required "Lift Gate or Inside delivery please contact us and we will provide a quote for these services.

FITNESS FIRST RETURN POLICY

Fitness First takes pride in the products we offer and the service we provide. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund any shipping costs. Please call us before returning merchandise for a return authorization to ensure proper credit. Returns may be subject to a 20-100% restocking fee if not in resalable condition. All returns must include a copy of the invoice, and must have return authorization. Custom made/custom ordered and made-to-order products, videos, music, software and books may not be returned.
