Purchase Order Policy

PURCHASE ORDERS POLICY

We accept purchase orders from schools, colleges, universities, government-funded institutions, public and medical institutions, P.T.clinics, YMCA’s, YWCA’s and JCC’s and non-profit organizations. We offer net 30 terms for those businesses that are approved purchasers. “Purchase Orders” must be faxed in to 800-421-0036 or 913-384-2446 or emailed to cjackson@fitness1st.com before we will process and ship your order. Please include your web site order number from the check out page of the web site on your purchase order.

PURCHASE ORDERS INSTRUCTIONS

Place your order normally on the web site. On the "Shopping Cart page" fill out the appropriate information on zip code, country, sales tax and shippping method. Select "Purchase Order" as your payment method at the bottom of the page. Click the "Checkout Button". On the "Checkout page" fill in the billing address & shipping address information if different from billing address. Put your purchase order number in the box at the bottom of the page then submit the order. Fax or email a copy of your purchase order to Fitness First. We will contact with formal quote with applicable discounts and freight charges before we process your order.
