THE HIGH STEP®

The High Step® is a new popular version of the Original Health Club Step, with the same 5 adjustable height levels. The actual size of the High Step® is 16" square; the platform is 4" tall, and each riser elevates the platform 2". The complete High Step® comes with one platform and four risers. The individual High Step® package is available in a blue platform with black non-slip rubber tread and black risers. The High Step® is also available in a "club series", which includes five gray platforms with black non-slip rubber tread. The High Step® platform can be used with the Original Health Club Step risers. Risers and platforms can be purchased individually. The individual High Step® package comes with a Cathe Friedrich High Step DVD.
