The Chin Up station is a durable, sturdy and versitile exercise device that also can provide storage for exercise balls and tubing. It may also serve as an anchor point for the Body weight gyms. The station features a 46 inch bar and supports that adjust from 32" to 46" to allow for easy installation. The chin up bar is 18 inches off the wall. Ships unassembled. The standard set contains one of each of the 12"-36" high plyoboxes and the deluxe set is one each of 12"- 42" high plyoboxes. The measurements are taken from the top or landing area of the plyobox. Black In color. The 12", 18" and 24 " sizes can ship via ups ground, the large sizes and sets ship via motor freight.
